1 Samuel 26:8

SV	Toen zeide Abisai tot David: God heeft heden uw vijand in uw hand besloten; laat mij toch hem nu met de spies op eenmaal ter aarde slaan, en ik zal het hem niet ten tweeden male doen.
WLC	וַיֹּ֤אמֶר אֲבִישַׁי֙ אֶל־דָּוִ֔ד סִגַּ֨ר אֱלֹהִ֥ים הַיֹּ֛ום אֶת־אֹויִבְךָ֖ בְּיָדֶ֑ךָ וְעַתָּה֩ אַכֶּ֨נּוּ נָ֜א בַּחֲנִ֤ית וּבָאָ֙רֶץ֙ פַּ֣עַם אַחַ֔ת וְלֹ֥א אֶשְׁנֶ֖ה לֹֽו׃
Trans.	wayyō’mer ’ăḇîšay ’el-dāwiḏ sigar ’ĕlōhîm hayywōm ’eṯ-’wōyiḇəḵā bəyāḏeḵā wə‘atâ ’akennû nā’ b^aḥănîṯ ûḇā’āreṣ p^a‘am ’^aḥaṯ wəlō’ ’ešəneh lwō:

AC	ח ויאמר אבישי אל דוד סגר אלהים היום את אויבך בידך ועתה אכנו נא בחנית ובארץ פעם אחת ולא אשנה לו
ASV	Then said Abishai to David, God hath delivered up thine enemy into thy hand this day: now therefore let me smite him, I pray thee, with the spear to the earth at one stroke, and I will not smite him the second time.
BE	Then Abishai said to David, God has given up your hater into your hands today; now let me give him one blow through to the earth with his spear, and there will be no need to give him a second.
Darby	And Abishai said to David, God has delivered thine enemy into thy hand this day; and now let me smite him, I pray thee, with the spear, even to the ground once, and I will not do it the second time.
ELB05	Und Abisai sprach zu David: Heute hat Gott deinen Feind in deine Hand geliefert; und nun laß mich ihn doch mit dem Speere an die Erde spießen, ein einziges Mal, und ich werde es nicht zweimal tun.
LSG	Abischaï dit à David: Dieu livre aujourd'hui ton ennemi entre tes mains; laisse-moi, je te prie, le frapper de ma lance et le clouer en terre d'un seul coup, pour que je n'aie pas à y revenir.
Sch	Da sprach Abisai zu David: Gott hat deinen Feind heute in deine Hand überliefert! Und nun will ich ihn doch mit einem Speerstoß an die Erde heften, daß ich es zum zweitenmal nicht nötig habe!
